Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a unique product in the world and is obtained directly from grape juice. The cooked grape must becomes vinegar in barrels of precious woods, poured annually in smaller and smaller barrels and aged until it reaches a consistency and an amazing aroma.
Balsamic vinegar goes well with all raw and cooked vegetables, but also with meat and fish, combined with cheese, fruit, cakes and ice cream. In our Acetaia you can see the vinegar aging in wooden barrels and sample the many varieties that we propose.
